Toyota Drive Center Partners with Charities

Toyota Drive Center provides a firsthand opportunity for consumers to learn about Toyota’s quality, safety and reliability through drive events in the U.S. These informative and engaging events are held where consumers live and play—retail locations, auto shows, festivals, sporting competitions and more.

At each event, participants1 test-drive Toyota vehicles on public streets or custom-designed closed courses (depending on the location) with a professional driver in the front-passenger seat. During the test drive, participants can ask about the vehicle, or any other Toyota vehicles they want to know more about, and learn about new product features.

With 80% of Toyotas sold in the last twenty years still on the road today, Toyota remains a brand that inspires consumer loyalty. Toyota Drive Center events build positive interactions with consumers, so they can see for themselves why Toyota vehicles are safe and durable.

“Drive for a Cause” Charity Partners

Toyota has donated $595 million to philanthropic organizations2 and has always strived to make humanitarian outreach a part of its culture. This year, Toyota Drive Center is partnering with three esteemed charities—American Red Cross, AMVETS and National Park Foundation—in the Drive for a Cause campaign. When customers participate in a test drive at Toyota Drive Center, they will choose one of the charities and Toyota will make a contribution to the charity on the customers’ behalf. Drive for a Cause is expected to generate financial support for these worthy charities and create further awareness across the country.
